2008-06-27 13:47:56 One of the world largest sol-energy plants will be built on an artificial island beside the japanes town of Saikai. The energy company Kansai och Sharp, the solar-cell maker, are going to build the 28 MW plant. In the first step, the Island, built on industrial waste, will generate 10 MW.
